Services Offered: Interpreting (spoken)

Face-to-face interpreting (approx 30 -35 languages) Telephone interpreting (any language) Translations (written):Translations of medical, legal and technical documents are undertaken in most languages to high quality standards and tight deadlines. Cultural Assessments: A scheme to undertake the cultural needs (e.g. religious, ethical beliefs and language) of black and ethnic minority inpatients’ so they can be incorporated into their care plan to improve patient experience.

Interpreters can be booked by telephone, fax and email by service providers.

Surgeries and Hospitals have to book the interpreter as the patient cannot do this directly themselves.

Other public, private and voluntary sectors can book interpreters directly

Individual members of the public can visit our office with their translation requirements. There is a charge for these services.
