Bliss

Name of Organisation: Bliss
Headline: for babies born too soon, too small, too sick
What We Do: One in every nine babies in the UK is born premature or sick. That is over 80,000 babies every year.

Bliss is the only national charity dedicated to improving both the survival and long-term quality of life for babies born too soon, too small or too sick to cope on their own.

One of the most basic things people need in stressful times is to be able to talk to someone about your problems. The Bliss Family Support helpline is a UK-wide freephone helpline that offers advice and support to families and friends of anyone with a baby who is in, or has been in, neonatal care. We also offer advice and information to professionals working with families.
