What We Do: Chamberlayne Leisure Centre is located in the south east of Southampton.

The venue hosts top class indoor sporting facilities allowing you to improve your health and overall level of fitness. Whether you want to workout in the gym, have fun with friends and family, or practice competitive sports such as 5-a-side football, Chamberlayne has something for everyone.

Services Offered: Chamberlayne was part of our 'pilot' PAT Mark assessment. Although not perfect, there are plans to extend and improve the disabled changing facilties. Chamberlayne offers a range of services under the Aiming High Programme and also for older disabled people. Chamberlayne has also supported some of our special schools in providing actitives such as football, badminton, trampolining for children and young people with special needs. The centre is on one level, easily accessible, has plenty of disabled parking/parking. n.b. the accoustics in the main hall may not be presently suitable for children with hypersensitivity to noise/echo etc.

NOTE: The creche facilities at Chamberlayne were not PAT marked as they do not have trained staff/or facilities at present. However, there are plans to expand so if you would use it for your small child with disability/special needs please let them know.
