| What We Do: | Choices Advocacy is an Independent charity. It seeks to provide Advocacy for adults with learning disabilities who live in Southampton and South West Hampshire. Almost everybody needs an advocate at some point in their lives and some people are disadvantaged when it comes to speaking up for themselves. Citizen advocates help to change this so that all adults can take part in shaping their own lives.

For people with learning difficulties over 16 in Southampton and South West Hampshire we:

Phil Orchard is the Transition Planning worker He: helps young people who are 14 years old or older to plan their lives and their future. also leads the Annual Reviews in Special Schools when pupils are in Years 9, 10 and 11 |
