| What We Do: | Dial a Ride provides a Door to Door transport service utilising specially adapted vehicles that can carry wheelchair and seated passengers for journeys anywhere within the City Boundaries.
A child under 18 will need to be accompanied but despite popular opinion SCA is able to carry children who are disabled and unable to use public transport easily. |

| Services Offered: | The service is available to City residents who are unable to use existing public transport. Membership currently stands at 2,400. We currently average 280 journeys per week.
Vehicles operate between 09:00 and 16:30 Monday to Saturday and 19:00 and 22:30 Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Bookings are made two days in advance of travel or three days for appointments. Dial a Ride can be used to go shopping and visit friends or family. Maybe a trip to the cinema, restaurants or theatre. There is no charge to become a member of Dial a Ride.
