Health & Well Being

Everything about health and well being
This is something that affects every parent of any child.

However, for some parents it is a constant, others the regular screening for possible conditions, and for others it can mean something suddenly coming up like the child not sleeping which not only affects the child but also their whole family.

Health and well-being is an integral part of all our lives. Keeping well is a 24 hour, daily struggle for some of our children and young people but also those who care for them.

This section also covers health and well-being for Parent Carers. Looking after a child with special needs can be demanding at the best of times and we often reach points of 'meltdown'.
