| What We Do: | All Life Changes Trustees and counsellors are volunteers who give their time free-of-charge. Life Changes offers confidential, one-to-one counselling in the community.
'Life Changes' Community Counselling Service was founded to provide vitally-needed counselling for adults who might otherwise be excluded because of finance or shortfall in service provision. Life Changes offers confidential, one-to-one counselling in a non-medical, therapeutic environment. Life Changes adopts an 'Integrative' approach to counselling. We support our counsellors in practising the approach which they feel is most appropriate. Client refer themselves to Life Changes – they may be recommended to do so by GPs, Social Workers etc, but make the contact themselves by phone or email. |
