| What We Do: | We offer free and independent information, advice, support and counselling. If you:
then we are the service for you. You can talk to us about anything you want information and advice about. We have information about all sorts of things, and workers who can help you to find out what you want. If you are worried about something, or you've got something in your life that is giving you trouble, we will help you to work it out. We’ll talk with you about what’s going on, what you can do about it, and how you can tackle it. If you need support to deal with other services, we can help you with that. All of our workers and volunteers are properly trained and supervised, and we have teams of workers who deal with specialist issues like drugs and homelessness. You can call in to see us whenever we are open, or you can call us, or you can send us a message via our website. We don’t mind what you ask us. We don’t mind if it’s big or small – if it’s worrying you, then it’s worth talking over with us. |

| Services Offered: | No Limits is a service for young people. We take our lead from what the young person says to us, and if their problems and difficulties involve their relationships with other people (family members, or friends, or people at school or work) we support them to look at ways to improve those relationships.
As a parent or carer, you are welcome to bring your young person to No Limits, but we will always put the young person's needs first. This may involve asking you to leave us to talk to the young person one-to-one, without you being there, if we get the sense that the young person is finding it hard to talk to us if you are present.
We have 3 drop-in shopfront centres around Southampton. One or more of them is open every weekday between 11am and 5pm, and we have several evening sessions where a centre is open until 8pm. We have once-a-week drop-ins at most secondary schools in Southampton and at the 3 Further Education Colleges. These are run alongside clinics staffed by Contraception and Sexual Health nurses. We offer counselling to all young people, and we can also offer intensive one-to-one support for young people in certain situations. We have groups that young people can get involved with. You can get involved in helping to run No Limits. Our Youth Board meets once a month to discuss what's going on, and to meet with members of our Board of Trustees. |
