Relate Online and Telephone Counselling What is Telephone Counselling? Telephone Counselling is just like having a face-to-face counselling session except you’re talking to a trained counsellor over the phone. You can arrange counselling sessions whenever is convenient for you. We can provide specialist counselling in a wide range of relationship issues. To book a Telephone Counselling appointmentContact our booking line on 0300 100 1234. The booking line is open on Monday – Thursday: 8am to 9pm, Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We will organise a suitable time, including evenings and weekends. Payment will be taken via a debit/credit card, so please have your card to hand when calling. What is Relate Online Counselling? The Relate Online Counselling service enables you to work with a Relate counsellor online using exchange of emails. You will be allocated a fully trained counsellor who will work with you for as long as you need help, and we will send each reply to you within 4 working days of receiving it. To use this service you must be resident in the UK and over 18 years of age. |

As the country’s largest provider of relationship support, every year we help 150,000 people of all ages at a national network of 77 Centres working at 600 locations as well as by phone, online and via SMS text.
