Services Offered: We provide almost 300 services and around 150 support groups across England.

We campaign for change to policy and practice at both national and local level so that things improve for people affected by mental illness. We have hundreds of campaign activists - people who have real experience of mental illness, who campaign together with us. We encourage people to get involved with our campaigns.

We have a national advice and information service, providing a telephone advice line and hundreds of free, accredited information resources ranging from information about diagnosis, to medication, benefits, criminal justice and more.

We challenge attitudes and campaign to end the stigma that too often accompanies mental illness. Our campaign - Time to Change is England's most ambitious campaign to end mental health discrimination. It's changing public attitudes to mental illness, right now.
