Smile Support and Care

Name of Organisation: Smile Support and Care
Headline: Smile Support & Care is a registered charity specialising in respite/short break care for children and young people with special needs or disabilities
What We Do: Smile Support & Care provide services for families in Southampton City, and also provide One2One care for Southampton families who are enrolled on the Buzz Network.

Smile have an established network of experienced and well trained Support Workers who can provide support care in your own home or wherever needed, even if it's just to go shopping or to school.

Smile Support & Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which regulates the quality of service. All workers are carefully selected, Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked and fully trained.

To ensure we provide the best support for your needs we carry out an initial assessment which is regularly reviewed. Whilst our workers don't provide nursing care, they often support nursing staff and many are specialist and can be trained to meet most needs.
