What We Do: Southampton Community Family Trust seeks to provide a local focus for relationship building and support for everyone from older teenagers through engaged couples planning their wedding to established couples with or without children. We believe that strong happy families are really important to everyone: we offer marriage preparation, marriage enrichment activities and parenting support in Southampton and parts of Hampshire. So if you want to make a good relationship better, or are looking for some counselling support to get over hurdles – check us out.

OK PARENTS is part of Southampton Community Family Trust. Our focus is to help build successful family relationships.

We work through informal, interactive groups where each parent is valued and respected. Opportunity is given for parent to parent interaction and reflection on the session content, relating this to their own parenting situation.

OK PARENTS aims to:

   * Be preventative in approach
   * Encourage parents in the good things they are doing
   * Help parents recognise growth areas
   * Offer training, tools and strategies to make any changes
