The Quays has a pay and display car park available for customer use (please ensure you have adequate change for the machine). On the bottom of the printed car park ticket is a tear off slip which on presentation to the venue reception at the time of payment will entitle the bearer to a discount of £1.10 off any activity priced over £2.20. Disabled bays available for blue badge holders and free parking. The Quays are currently enrolling new swimmers onto swimming lessons for the upcoming term. Contact reception on 023 8072 0900 to book a place ASAP. Limited spaces are available. |

The Quays now offers a full Changing Places toilet/changing facilities for disabled young people and adults. It's the first Changing Places facility to be completed in a leisure complex in the City and was installed after feedback from Adult Services for the Disabled and the A-Buzz Parent Carer Forum/Aiming High for Disabled Children. These facilities are only accessible with a RADAR key which can be purchased from the complex itself. Congratulations to the Quays for meeting this need. |
